The website offers visitors handmade goat milk skin and hair products. By accessing or using the the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. 

     In order to use our website and /or our services, you must be 18 years of age or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and passes the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

     The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. 

we reserve the right to change our prices for a product that are displayed at anytime. For any unused product return we will issue a refund by the original payment method or replace the product if received with 14 days of purchase. We may without prior notice, change the product, stop making the product, or change any feature of the product as we so choose.      

     The service and materials therein or transferred thereby, including without limitations, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copywrites, photographs, audio, videos, music and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Price Road Pastures LLC.      We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination violate any provisions of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. 

     You agree to indemnify and hold Price Road Pastures LLC harmless for any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses(including attorney fees) made against them by any 3rd party due to, the use of the website.  Price Road Pastures LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors

mistakes or inaccuracies of the content, personal injury, resulting from the usage of our product. We have the right to modify these terms by our sole discretion.

     These Terms, the rights and remedies provided herein and any and all claims and disputes shall be governed by the United States , the state of Ohio. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in and hereby consent to being decided exclusively by Hocking Municipal Court.
